    • How can I book a rental? You can book a vehicle with us in two ways:
      • Via our website: Just click on the vehicle of interest in our fleet and complete the form at the bottom of the page. We'll use your contact information to confirm the availability of your desired vehicle and schedule your appointment.
      • Via telephone: Call or text our number, and we will guide you through the booking process.

    • What about insurance? You need to provide full coverage insurance (comprehensive and collision coverage) where you are listed as a primary or additional driver. Coastline Exotics will verify that your coverage transfers to the rented vehicle and its value. Accepted insurance providers include Geico, AllState, and Statefarm, among others. Every insurance policy is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we do not provide any additional insurance.

    • Is a deposit required? No deposits are required for renters aged 21 and over with a valid credit card in their name. For renters aged 18-20, or those without a valid credit card in their name, a deposit is required.

    • Are refunds offered? Coastline Exotics does not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including changes in travel plans or personal itineraries. If there are issues during your rental, we are committed to making appropriate arrangements, such as rescheduling your rental for an available date.

    • What payment methods are accepted? Coastline Exotics accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. A credit card must be on file for vehicle rental payments and damage coverage. Cash is accepted on a case-by-case basis.

    • Can I take my rental on a racetrack? Driving a rental vehicle from Coastline Exotics on a racetrack is strictly prohibited under all circumstances. There are no exceptions to this rule. Both our insurance and yours will not cover driving on racetracks.

    • Do you deliver cars? How much is this service? We deliver vehicles within a 100-mile radius of our location free of charge. For distances beyond this, a delivery surcharge will apply, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.

    • How much tax should I expect to pay? Rentals are subject to a 7.5% sales tax rate.

    • What is the mileage limit I am allowed to drive? Each vehicle has a specific mileage allowance listed on its page on our website. If you exceed this allowance, an over-mileage fee will apply per mile. Additional mileage can be purchased if desired.

    • What if I get a ticket? Renters are fully responsible for any tickets or infractions incurred during the rental period. This includes parking, speeding, traffic, and toll violations. All related fees, penalties, and costs are the renter's responsibility.

    • Will I get charged a fuel surcharge if I return the car with less gas than provided? Vehicles must be returned with at least the same amount of fuel as provided, which will be at least 3/4 of a tank. The vehicle must be refueled with +93 octane gasoline due to our fleet consisting of high-performance cars. A $7 per gallon surcharge will apply for each gallon below the level provided.

    • Do I have to submit any form of background check or driver's training report or certificate? No background checks or driver's training reports are required. However, we reserve the right to refuse rentals to individuals with major moving violations, DUI convictions, or other serious infractions.

  • What fees may be charged? We may charge fees for vehicle damages, curbed rims, smoking inside the vehicle, not refueling, or other forms of negligence. The fee amount varies based on the severity of the damage or negligence.
